Payment Methods
Paytrail Oyj is a safe and reliable payment service for you. The service is listed in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority under a transitional provision of the Payment Institutions Act. Paytrail Oyj (Business ID: 2122839-7) maintains the service and is owned by Nets.
Payment via Online Banking
Paytrail Oyj acts as the intermediary for your payment. You can use online banking buttons from all major Finnish banks, including Nordea, OP, Säästöpankki, POP Bank, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, S-Bank, Ålandsbanken, and LähiTapiola Bank. On your bank statement, the recipient will appear as Paytrail Oyj, who forwards the payment.
Credit Card Payments
You can pay using Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard. Card payments are securely processed via Nets’ SSL-secured payment form. Neither the online store nor Paytrail Oyj has access to your card information, and your card data is not stored in any system. The store supports Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services. The online store uses Paytrail’s payment service for processing card payments. The store is responsible for marketing and delivering the products or services. It also handles all legal obligations and any additional responsibilities it defines. In card transactions, the agreement is made between the customer and Paytrail Oyj (Business ID: 2122839-7). Paytrail is responsible for obligations and complaints related to card payments. Paytrail will appear as the payment recipient on your card statement and will forward the payment directly to the merchant.
Delivery
Shipping Method
We use Matkahuolto and PostNord for deliveries. Orders are shipped within the next couple of business days. Once your shipment is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification at the phone number you provided. The products will then be immediately available for collection. You can also choose to pick up your order from our store. Deliveries containing hazardous materials are available only via Matkahuolto home delivery.

Delivery Area
Currently, we only ship within Finland from our online store.
Delivery Time
We aim to dispatch orders for Matkahuolto’s next collection day, which are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. Out-of-stock items are clearly marked in the webshop. If you prefer, we can ship your entire order once the missing item is back in stock. We always strive to ship complete orders. Most restocked items are available again within 1–2 weeks.
Returns for Defective Products
All returns must be agreed upon in advance with the seller. Complaints must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. You can reach us via email at kevra@kevra.fi or by phone at 09 6126820. Defective products will only be replaced with an identical new item. The seller will not reimburse return shipping costs unless agreed in advance. We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.
Damaged Shipments
Despite careful packaging, damages may occur during shipping. Please inspect the package upon collection for visible damage. If the shipment is damaged, immediately file a damage report with Matkahuolto. Also, contact us so we can arrange a replacement product. All unopened items have a 14-day return policy in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The seller is not responsible for return shipping costs.
