CHEM-TREND RELEASE EXTRA M 500ML SPRAY
Chem-Trend Release Extra Spray is a very good and versatile release agent spray for general use.
It is suitable for use with epoxy resins, polyurethane resins, and polyester resins. The release agent is also compatible with cured silicone molds. However, it cannot be used with uncured silicone.
Usage
The mold surface must be smooth and clean. Grease and dust can be cleaned with mold cleaner ChemTrend Mold Cleaner Ez or acetone. If the mold surface is porous, it is recommended to seal it with pore sealer ChemTrend Sealer 15 or use a base wax such as Chemwax SP / Mirror Glaze M8. Release Extra is sprayed from a distance of 15–20 cm in about 5 coats—allow each coat to dry in between. Be sure to apply the release agent evenly. The mold is ready for use half an hour after the last coat. Note: In winter, when humidity is low, drying time increases significantly.

Keep out of reach of children. Protect from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames, and other ignition sources. No smoking. Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source. Do not pierce or burn, even when empty. Avoid breathing spray mist. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50 °C / 122 °F. P403 Store in a well-ventilated place.
