POLYESTER RESIN AROPOL M 105 TB 10 KG
AROPOL M 105 TB is a thixotropic and pre-accelerated polyester resin, suitable for both spray and hand lamination. The resin offers a reliable medium setting time (approx. 40 min with 1% hardener) and enables the production of 2–10 mm laminates. The resin is also suitable for the production of sludge tanks, for example.
Resin component requires 1–2% MEK-50 hardener (methyl ethyl ketone peroxide).
10 kg of resin component requires 100 – 200 g hardener MEK- 50.
AROPOL M 105 TB is a thixotroped and pre-accelerated polyester resin suitable for spray-up and hand lay-up applications, with a medium gel time. The curing properties of AROPOL M 105 TB resin allow for the production of laminates with a thickness of 2–10 mm.
Applications
AROPOL M 105 TB is suitable for the production of various types of fiber-reinforced plastic components and is particularly recommended for use in boat manufacturing.
Safety
Before handling topcoat, ALWAYS ensure good ventilation and skin protection. Wear a long-sleeved shirt and disposable gloves resistant to topcoat (e.g., nitrile rubber). Uncured epoxy resin is highly sensitizing to the skin.
Flammable liquid and vapor. Causes skin irritation. Causes serious eye irritation. May cause respiratory irritation. Suspected of damaging the unborn child. May cause damage to organs (hearing organs) through prolonged or repeated exposure. Harmful to aquatic life with long-lasting effects.
