POLYESTER RESIN AROPOL M 105 TB 3 KG
AROPOL M 105 TB is a thixotropic and pre-accelerated polyester resin suitable for both spray-up and hand lay-up applications. The resin provides a reliable medium gel time (approx. 40 minutes with 1% hardener) and enables the production of laminates with a thickness of 2–10 mm. It is particularly popular in boat building and is approved by Lloyd’s Register, Germanischer Lloyd, and Det Norske Veritas. The resin is also suitable for applications such as the manufacture of holding tanks.
Hartsiosa, travitsee 1 – 2 % MEK-50 kovetetta (metyylietyyliketoniperoksidi).
20 kg of resin component requires 200–400 g of hardener MEK- 50.

AROPOL M 105 TB resin is approved by Lloyd’s Register, Germanischer Lloyd, and Det Norske Veritas for use in boat building. In addition, Det Norske Veritas has approved the resin as suitable for the manufacture of holding tanks.

AROPOL M 105 TB is suitable for the production of various types of fiber-reinforced plastic components and is particularly recommended for use in boat manufacturing.
Safety
Before handling topcoat, ALWAYS ensure good ventilation and skin protection. Wear a long-sleeved shirt and disposable gloves resistant to topcoat (e.g., nitrile rubber). Uncured epoxy resin is highly sensitizing to the skin.
Flammable liquid and vapor. Causes skin irritation. Causes serious eye irritation. May cause respiratory irritation. Suspected of damaging the unborn child. May cause damage to organs (hearing organs) through prolonged or repeated exposure. Harmful to aquatic life with long-lasting effects.
