SR GreenCast 160 is a clear epoxy resin designed for casting decorative items, prototypes, jewelry, and river tables.

Mixing ratio by weight: 100/42
Mixing ratio by volume: 100/50
Pot life at 20ºC: 1 h
Pot life at 30ºC: 40 min
Curing time at 20ºC: 48 h
Viscosity at 20°C: 360 mPas
Casting epoxies should be used in well-ventilated areas. Always wear appropriate protective equipment.
Measure the resin and hardener accurately. Mix slowly to avoid air entrapment. In some applications, preheating the mixture and/or degassing under vacuum may be beneficial. The maximum recommended casting thickness is approximately 100 mm.
Safety
Wear protective gloves (meeting EN374 requirements), safety goggles (EN166), protective clothing, and a respirator with gas and vapor filters (combined filters meeting EN14387 requirements).
Resin Component
Irritating to skin. May cause an allergic skin reaction. Causes serious eye irritation. Toxic to aquatic life with long-lasting effects. If medical advice is needed, have the product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Contaminated work clothing should not be allowed out of the workplace. Wear protective gloves / protective clothing / eye protection / face protection / hearing protection. If eye irritation persists, seek medical advice. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse.
