Käyttö
A mold made from a flexible material, such as a silicone mold, is ideal. No release agent is needed.
Mixing ratio with water: 4 kg : 1 L
Working time: approx. 6 min
Curing time: approx. 10 min
Water and powder are mixed together in the ratio mentioned above. Mix gently for about 1 minute, avoiding the formation of air bubbles. When mixing large batches, the use of a mixing machine is recommended. Pour a thin layer through a sieve into the center of the mold to achieve a bubble-free surface. The remaining mixture can be poured more quickly. The piece can be removed from the mold approximately 20 minutes after casting.
