EPOXY SPABOND 5-MIN GLUE H+K 400 ML
Spabond™ 5-MIN is a high-quality structural epoxy adhesive designed for applications involving heavy loads and bonding large surfaces. It is highly suitable for bonding laminates, metals, and wood. The adhesive retains its shape even in joints up to 20 mm thick on vertical surfaces at room temperature. This makes it an excellent solution for applications requiring thick, non-sagging joints.

Working process
Mix ratio: 1:1 by volume, 1:1 by weight
Working time (20°C): 3 h 20 min
The recommended working temperature is 15–25°C. At lower temperatures, the epoxy and resin thicken, reducing both workability and the quality of the final result. At temperatures above 25°C, working times are significantly shortened. Surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry, and free of dust. Acetone, for example, can be used for cleaning. It is recommended to treat the bonding surfaces with medium-grit sandpaper to achieve optimal bonding results.
Safety
Before handling epoxy, ALWAYS ensure good ventilation and proper skin protection. Wear a long-sleeved shirt and disposable gloves resistant to epoxy (e.g., nitrile rubber). Uncured epoxy resin is a strong skin sensitizer. A suitable respirator for working with epoxy is classified according to EN405. Fully cured epoxy resin is not hazardous to health.
Tools can be cleaned with acetone, but keep in mind that epoxy is a very strong adhesive and sticks to almost anything – including your tools. Therefore, use inexpensive tools that can be discarded after use.
